Very nice looking piece of a light source. Be ware that it is build from scantlings not solid piece of wood but it still looks OK. Good communication and very helpful store. Recommend.

Very fast delivery-Courier, packed in foam, qualitatively and neatly, nothing crashed. The store put the spare bulb and the glass plafond stock). The wooden surface was additionally painted with a special oil for wood for a more brown color-initially was a reddish shade. I am happy with the purchase-a very beautiful chandelier, the seller definitely recommend)))

I ordered 2 chandeliers 27.10-received 13.11. Collected, hanged. Everything is very good. Both came in the same package. A huge box. A light bulb and a plafond were broken. But the box had 2 spare lamps and a plafond. So it's okay.

The package is whole, sealed well, the plafones are intact, there are no scratches on the paint. I'm happy.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
